Job summary

Nordea seeks an Expert IT Analyst / Service Developer to design and improve our digital support tools under a full-time permanent employment agreement.

You will analyze business needs, develop and maintain services and automations in Power Apps/Power Automate, and integrate APIs to enhance the Self Service Portal across the organization.

Qualifications

• > Experience as IT Analyst / Service Developer or similar role.
• > Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, Self Service Portal or similar platforms.
• > Experience building services, workflows and automations.
• > Hands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• > Experience with API integrations.
• > Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
• > Experience maintaining databases and taking ownership of data‑related solutions.
• > Understanding of data ownership, governance and data quality.
• > Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• > Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

About Our Team

Welcome to the Self Service Portal End User Services team. You will join a team responsible for building, enhancing and operating the Self Service Portal, enabling self service capabilities for end users across Nordea. As an Expert IT Analyst / Service Developer, you will analyse business needs, work closely with end users and stakeholders, and drive the design, development and continuous improvement of requestable and automated services. You will also contribute to service architecture, development processes and operational support, helping to deliver a best in class digital user experience across the platform.es

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyse business needs and turn them into practical solutions.

Who you are:

• Experience as an IT Analyst, Service Developer or similar role.
• Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, Self Service Portal or similar platforms.
• Experience building services, workflows and automations.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience maintaining databases and taking ownership of data‑related solutions.
• Understanding of data ownership, data governance and data quality.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

It would be ideal if you also:

• Experience with Active Directory, IIQ or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
• Experience with enterprise workflow and automation platforms.
