Job summary

Framna is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a team building a next-generation, passwordless authentication platform. You will work across the full stack with TypeScript, Node.js, and React, taking ownership of end-to-end features and collaborating closely with the team to ship high-quality products.

You will use AI tools to improve coding, testing, and documentation, while communicating effectively in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building digital products as a Fullstack Engineer or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript, with the ability to guide technical decisions and best practices.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Node.js and React.
• Confidence working across the stack, shaping solutions, and taking end‑to‑end ownership of complex technical challenges.
• Experience using AI tools effectively across coding, testing, documentation, and team collaboration, with the ability to critically evaluate their output and guide adoption within the team.
• In‑depth understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, performance optimization, and technology selection.
• Deep understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and modern web communication patterns, with the ability to make informed architectural decisions.
• Extensive experience with frontend and backend testing approaches and tools, with the ability to define testing strategies and drive improvements in quality.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts and align stakeholders on technical decisions.
