Job summary

GFT Technologies SE in Kraków is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join a team delivering large-scale financial services platforms. You will design and implement full-stack solutions using React JS and Java, driving digital transformation and AI-enabled software delivery.

This role is hybrid: three days in Kraków and two remote, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable software while applying Generative AI techniques to improve delivery.

What will you do?

You will join a team delivering large-scale financial services platforms supporting investment banking operations. The role focuses on digital transformation, process automation, application modernization, and AI-driven software development within a highly regulated environment. You will work across both frontend and backend components while leveraging modern AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and business outcomes.

Your tasks

• Design and develop full stack applications using React JS and Java
• Build and enhance solutions supporting investment banking operations
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot in daily development activities
