For our Client, international company leader in its industry we are looking for Executive Assistant to CEO.
Responsibilities:
- proactive management of the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and other logistics, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization/alignment to strategic priorities, inclusion of agendas and materials, etc.,
- screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding when appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up on urgent matters,
- proactively arrange recurring meetings and ensure required materials or associated deliverables are provided in advance,
- organize and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events,
- prepare and maintain confidential files, records, and documents,
- support CEO in the scope of PR, external communication and giving interviews,
- support conducting external and internal PR communication activities – in Poland and abroad,
- support CEO in the scope of marketing activities: presence in social media and participation in industry and business events.
Requirements:
- minimum 7 years of relevant Executive Assistant experience supporting Board Members,
- experience in organizing events or in PR/Marketing will be a strong asset but not required,
- excellent organization skills,
- excellent verbal & written communication skills,
- senior stakeholder management skills.
