Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Executive Assistant to support top management in DACH. You’ll be part of our ESS team in Poland, helping leaders stay organized, efficient, and focused on what matters most.

The role requires German (C1) and fluent English (B2). You will manage calendars, organize travel, schedule meetings, and handle administrative tasks. Remote work is possible up to five days per week, with potential on-site collaboration as needed.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Professional proficiency in German (C1) and fluent English (B2) is required.

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Comfort with using PC tools and learning new technologies.

Understand situations holistically, assess them critically, and are able to decide on behalf of others.
