Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an EWS Pricing Coordinator to join a global, fast-paced environment where you will shape pricing strategies for the Electrical Wholesale channel. You will collaborate with international stakeholders, drive process improvements, and influence commercial decisions affecting growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Product Management, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Strong project and process management capabilities.
• Understanding of pricing concepts, commercial processes, and profitability drivers.
• Ability to work independently and influence decisions in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, electrical, or distribution environments is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a highly international and multicultural environment.
