We are seeking a specialist (Mid / Regular) or senior specialist (Senior) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement.
- Support general product marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, development of promotional materials, cross-functional coordination, and contributing to strategies that drive product awareness, engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, content, and promotions.
- Create compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and drives attendance.
- Leverage social media and other digital channels to promote events and engage with attendees.
- Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct post-event analysis and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage and mentor an external team of event marketing professionals to ensure high-quality execution and professional development.
Our Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of organizing successful events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, product launches, internal events).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Budget management experience, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite), CRM systems, and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with digital and hybrid event formats and related technologies (e.g., streaming platforms, virtual event tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex features into clear customer benefits.
- Ideally, experience in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
