• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector, ideally within a Vendor, Distributor or Partner environment.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
• 5 to 8 years of experience directly managing or supervising employees.
• Strong attention-to-detail skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AOP, value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans.
• Maintain partnerships with Vendor and Customers.
• Identify and help to close possible acquisitions.
• Drive the building of programs and campaigns across multiple countries.
• Engage with Country Management exec teams in quarterly reviews.
