Job summary

Accenture Poland seeks an E2E Technical Architect to own the full technical solution from integration layer to platform delivery across ServiceNow, RPA, API, and analytics. You will connect client architecture teams with offshore factory leads and external SMEs, ensuring architectural coherence and high decision quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in technical architecture or senior engineering with 5+ years in SI program delivery in financial services or banking.
• Proven E2E architecture across multiple integrated platforms, not single-platform.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, middleware, and data flows between systems.
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge including integration hub and scripted APIs.
• Hands-on RPA architecture experience with Blue Prism or equivalent.
• Experience designing for regulated banking environments with compliance in mind.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture across platforms (ServiceNow, RPA, API, analytics) with cross-workstream consistency.
• Define and maintain integration architecture: data flows, API contracts, middleware patterns.
• Produce architecture artefacts and ADRs; lead technical design sessions with offshore teams and SMEs.
• Review and sign off on designs; enforce standards and governance at gates.
• Interface with client architecture and infrastructure teams on security, data handling, and deployments.
• Define non-functional requirements: performance, availability, security, data residency, DR posture.
• Identify risks early, size technical debt, and propose remediation with delivery impact.
• Support pre-production and production deployment planning and go/no-go criteria.
• Guide AI-assisted delivery: establish safe boundaries and review gates for AI-generated code.
