Job Description
Key Activities:
- Prepare standard monthly / quarterly financial reports for various internal stakeholders
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
- Answer queries related to the reporting content.
- Collect and consolidate inputs (e.g. commenting on variances vs forecasts) from local financial departments in the countries to provide meaningful information to Fujitsu decision-makers
- Discuss reporting requirements with finance stakeholders
- Develop new and adjust existing reporting templates according to business requirements
- Design and implement new reporting procedures according to business needs
- Propose and implement improvements and automations to existing reporting and other processes supporting financial controlling (e.g. budgeting and forecasting, data consolidation and reconciliation)
- Perform data transfers and reconciliations between different reporting tools and systems
- Perform other duties as agreed with FP&A Team Lead
- Support junior team members
Skills required:
- University degree in Finance / Economics or Computer Science
- Good understanding of financial processes and financial statements
- 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting role
- Business English (oral and written skills) - C1
- Excellent command of MS Excel
- Good working knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP Business Explorer and/or HFM would be an advantage
- SSC experience as an advantage
- Good analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team
