AFRY Kraków is seeking a Structural Engineer for calculations to work on projects in Sweden. The role focuses on structural design of buildings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring code compliance across regions.

We value a Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 3 years of experience. The position offers a hybrid working environment and engaging multidisciplinary international projects within AFRY's Transportation & Places division.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design for buildings.
• Proficiency in structural calculations manually and using software.
• Proficiency in designing load-bearing structures according to Eurocode.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations and analysis according to Eurocode
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to optimize building designs
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Report and follow up on own progress and budget
