Job summary

ARHS Group in Warsaw is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to administer, maintain and optimize SharePoint Server farms and SharePoint Online, including hybrid integrations with Microsoft 365 services.

The role requires deep expertise across SharePoint Server/Online, IIS-based deployments and migration tooling, with a focus on performance, security and reliability. Collaboration with development and infrastructure teams is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of IT professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent certification.
Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint technologies.
Experience deploying, administering and maintaining IIS-based solutions.
Experience with SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online administration.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain and support SharePoint Server farms, SharePoint Online environments and related Microsoft collaboration platforms.
Manage and maintain SharePoint infrastructure across production, testing and development environments.
Provide 2nd line support for SharePoint-related incidents, service requests and operational issues.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint platform issues while ensuring timely updates through the ticketing system.
Architect, plan and implement long-term improvements to SharePoint platforms and associated services.
Design and support hybrid SharePoint architectures integrating on-premises environments with Microsoft 365 services.
