Job summary

NTU International is seeking a highly qualified Non-Key Expert – EU-Africa Space Policy & Institutional Expert to support policy dialogue, governance and coordination between European and African stakeholders in the space sector. The assignment focuses on EU-Africa space policy frameworks and inter-institutional processes.

The role requires a Master’s degree, fluent English, and at least 8 years in international cooperation or policy advisory, with 4+ years on EU/AU policy frameworks; knowledge

Qualifications

• Master’s level in international relations, public policy, law, political science, space policy, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in international cooperation, public policy and/or institutional advisory work.
• At least 4 years of professional experience working on EU and/or African Union policy frameworks and institutional processes, including inter-institutional dialogue, steering mechanisms or programme governance. Working knowledge of EU space policy and African space governance architecture, including AfSA, AUC/RECs and relevant regional institutions.
