Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support ESG data and regulatory reporting initiatives for a leading global financial institution. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, improving data assets, and ensuring compliance with EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3 ESG, and SREP requirements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and regulatory teams, using Python, PySpark, SQL, and Spark in distributed environments.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of data analysis in financial services.
• Strong SQL with complex joins and window functions.
• Hands-on Python and PySpark for large-scale processing.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebook and GitHub workflows.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and process large datasets for ESG regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimise ETL workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical data specs.
• Document data mappings and data lineage.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
