Roche Holding AG in Poland seeks a Senior ERP System Architect/Manufacturing to lead end-to-end SAP ERP delivery in the P2DP Manufacturing domain. Define technical strategy, architecture governance, and drive cross‑functional collaboration across manufacturing and supply chain.

Hybrid work with in‑office days twice a week. Deep SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing expertise, SAFe experience, and a proven ability to guide architecture in regulated pharma environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record maintaining ERP vision, roadmap, and current‑state landscape for ERP solutions.
• Hands-on SAP implementations with focus on Manufacturing, QM, EWM, PP‑PI and connected supply chain.
• Solid SAFe experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proven mentoring and contribution to architecture practices.

Responsibilities

• Architectural governance: define ART Runway and oversee agile teams with architectural guardrails.
• Delivery support: act as System Architect for core RDT‑ERP ARTs, ensuring on‑time deployment readiness.
• Stakeholder engagement: translate complex concepts across cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Impact/Strategy: maintain technology roadmap and drive adoption of new technologies while managing technical debt.
• Mentor architecture practices and lead teams in innovative solutions.
