Job summary

Medius is seeking a Technical Support Consultant – ERP Integration to join our Kraków-based team. You will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between our app and customer ERP systems, including SAP, D365FO, D365BC, and NetSuite, collaborating with R&D, 1st line support, and Consulting.

The role runs from 13:00 to 21:00 and is hybrid in Kraków, Poland, requiring strong English and Polish skills and a solid technical foundation.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Solid general understanding of technology.
• Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with distributed systems.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify root causes of technical problems.
• Ability to solve complex problems with clear, actionable solutions.
• Attention to detail when diagnosing technical issues.
• Customer-focused with clear, effective support.
• Previous experience with any of mentioned ERPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues within SAP ERP integration area escalated to our team from other departments.
• Support customers, partners and consultants in solving technical issues, providing clear, timely and detailed explanations, and ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction.
• Staying up to date with new technologies, tools, and features relevant to our work to resolve issues efficiently and provide ongoing product improvements.
• Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and any relevant technical information to improve future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing within the team.
