Job summary

Smurfit WestRock is seeking an IT Implementation Analyst to join the Consumer EU IT team responsible for deploying the ePS Packaging Suite software and related programs to run production facilities. As a trusted partner, you will guide ERP modernization efforts, document requirements, support testing, training, and change management, and ensure successful deployment across global facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in systems implementation, business systems support, or change management.
• Experience with ERP, manufacturing, or enterprise systems initiatives preferred.
• Experience in deployment, process transformation, or implementation projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional and stakeholder-driven environments.
• Experience in a Shared Services Centre or multinational environment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge for ePS Packaging Suite modules and ERP template.
• Conduct discovery with implementation teams to support rapid rollout.
• Document requirements, identify solutions, test and guide plant requirements.
• Identify opportunities with new technologies to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Deliver system implementation activities across discovery, design, training, testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Collaborate on data cleansing and migration with Data Analysts.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and advise on standard model alignment.
• Support change management and technology adoption with coaching.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous improvement.
