Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a client in implementing a new ERP system (SAP or IFS). This role requires daily office work at client sites near Łańcut, Poland, and involves coordinating external software vendors to drive successful delivery.

Responsibilities include managing ERP implementation projects, defining scope with stakeholders, developing detailed plans, mitigating risks, and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems implementation lifecycle.
• Strong command of project management methodologies and tools.
• Practical experience in managing ERP implementation projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitating communication between cross-functional teams and ensuring project transparency.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
