Job summary

Nortal in Kraków is seeking an experienced EPLAN designer to join our service center on long-term, full-time basis. You will work on automation projects for Besix Unitec, drawing electrical schemes, creating flowcharts, and building equipment nomenclature for control panels.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Electromechanics or Automation, 2–3 years in electrical design, and hands-on experience with CAE (EPlan P8). Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Automation, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in designing electrical cabinets and control panels.
• Practical experience with CAE, especially EPlan P8.
• Knowledge of PLC connections and installation.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draw flowcharts and electrical schemes for diverse projects.
• Work with latest EPlan P8 versions.
• Build equipment nomenclature for montage/installation.
• Identify problems and issue timely reports.
• Apply adjustments until final approval; grow into full EPlan designer.

Nortal invites EPLAN designerfor long-term and full-time employment at our service center in Krakow, Poland.

You will join an extension team of our client –Besix,the leading player in the world of infrastructure and automation. As an Electrical Engineer, your role is pivotal in the automation facet of movable bridges, locks, and tunnels. Your expertise will be essential in navigating the complexities of multidisciplinary teams, actively contributing to various project phases.

Responsibilities

• You draw flowcharts and electrical schemes, depending on the contents of diverse projects.
• You will work with the latest versions of Eplan P8
• You will build a nomenclature of the necessary equipment for montage/installation.
• You will detect possible problems and report these on time.
• You make the necessary adjustments until you have final approval.
• You grow into the function of a full-fledged EPlan designer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Automation, or a related field.
• You have practical experience with CAE (EPlan P8).
• You have 2–3 years of practical experience in designing electrical cabinets/control panels.
• You have insight into connecting and installing a PLC.
• You have a strong interest in automation.
• Experience with Ebuild and/or Typical Manager is a plus
• A good knowledge of electrical products
• Practical experience with electrical schematics and control panel design is highly valued.
• You are an enthusiastic team player, but who also knows how to work in an independent manner.
• You can create order in information and make associations.
• You work in an organized manner and have an eye for detail.
• You have good English skills (both written and verbal).
