Job summary

Balazs is seeking a Product Manager for their 2D/3D/E&I projects in Kraków, Poland. You will bridge business ambition with engineering reality to deliver usable and valuable products from concept through to execution.

This role includes defining the product roadmap, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient project delivery, engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally. You should have significant experience in EPC Plant Design and AVEVA technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EPC Plant Design.
• 3+ years of experience with AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Diagrams.
• Fluent in English.

• Define Digital Product Strategy and manage the product scope.
• Maximize financial success and optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure end-to-end product design and delivery.
