Job summary

Innomax in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You’ll manage cross-functional projects, translate business goals into technical plans, and collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders.

We value strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with Agile, risk management, and leadership. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of PM experience and are comfortable working with AWS, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional Project Management experience.
• Solid understanding of effective communication for technical contexts.
• Track record of aligning stakeholders to project goals.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks.
• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
