We're hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive (Remote from Poland) at ITMAGINATION, to join our team of 400+ developers, analysts, and testers! ITMAGINATION, now part of the Virtusa group, seeks an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and strategic account expansion within Poland and the CEE region, with a primary focus on the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector.

You will originate, develop, and close complex, high-value deals. This involves leveraging existing offerings and supporting the creation of new solutions that directly align with clients' critical business objectives. Your local market and industry expertise, along with your regional network, will be key to achieving our growth targets in Poland.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to acquire and grow significant corporate clients across the CEE region, with a focus on Polish BFS accounts.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, diagnosing business challenges and architecting innovative solutions across our service portfolio.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers (C-Suite, VP-level) in target organizations.
  • Lead and execute complex sales negotiations and structured transactions, maximizing value for both the client and company.
  • Partner with internal Marketing, Solutioning, Delivery, and Offering teams to ensure effective execution and exceptional customer outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of originating and closing complex, high-value transactions.
  • Proven experience selling technology solutions or services, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector.
  • Experience selling technology solutions specifically within the Poland and CEE market is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles in industries like Technology Services, IT Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
  • Professional fluency in both Polish and English is mandatory.
  • Strong abilities in demand generation, negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Poland and the wider CEE region to meet with clients.
