Job summary

SINGU is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one or more product development teams. You’ll own the people side of engineering and the delivery side, working closely with Product, Design, and Platform Engineering to ship high-quality software on time.

The Head of Software Engineering sets the direction; you’ll execute day-to-day, foster ownership and accountability, and collaborate across SINGU locations with occasional travel.

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong people management, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Track record delivering high-quality software on schedule.
• Experience shaping engineering standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more product development teams and manage the people lifecycle.
• Ensure on-time delivery of features with quality, in collaboration with Product, Design and Platform Engineering.
• Promote SDLC standards, secure coding, automated testing, and reliable code.
