Pliant, a fintech based in Poland, is looking for an Engineering Manager for Developer Experience. This foundational role will define and lead a new engineering team aimed at enhancing developer productivity and autonomy.

As the first hire, you will develop CI/CD practices, track developer satisfaction, and lead in standardising development tools. Competitive remuneration and a flexible working environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience with Python, including 2+ years in leadership/management.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Experience hiring engineers and building teams from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deployment templates and CI/CD patterns.
• Track developer satisfaction and adoption metrics.
• Lead the development of AI-assisted tooling across the company.

Skills
