Reap is seeking an Engineering Manager for Card Market Expansion to lead the end-to-end engineering delivery for entering new markets. You will own regulatory integration, processor configuration, and cross-team coordination across Treasury, Onboarding, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Data Warehouse.

This high-ownership, hands-on leadership role balances product delivery, regulatory requirements, and scalable architecture to grow Reap's card issuing capabilities globally.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Experience building and operating payments, risk/fraud systems, card infrastructure, or API platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and drive architectural decisions.
• Strong systems thinking; capable of designing fault-tolerant, observable, scalable services.
• High bar for code quality, reliability, and peer review; collaborate closely with others.
• Clear communication and collaboration to raise team quality; familiarity with TS/Node/Nest/AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for market entry and scale across new markets.
• Own regulatory integration, processor configuration, and market-specific requirements.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies (Treasury, Onboarding, Compliance, Infrastructure, Data) for launches.
• Establish on-call and incident response playbooks; ensure post-launch stability.
• Drive improvements to the core card platform with reusable, scalable solutions.
