Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Polska is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive and unify the strategic direction of the engineering teams, aligning with business needs and quality targets across sites. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, foster continuous learning, collaborate with France, Germany and Spain teams, and ensure delivery on cost, time, and safety while upholding integrity.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level (preferably Masters) in engineering.
Proven leadership of an engineering function with strategy and policy delivery.
Experience building and sustaining cross-site collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Work with Airbus leadership teams in France, Germany and Spain to align regional objectives.
Prepare and monitor Engineering budget and forecasts, including capital expenditure proposals.
Drive KPIs across engineering to ensure projects meet cost, time and quality targets.
Develop and implement engineering strategy for Airbus Helicopters Polska that supports business objectives.
Lead planning, resources, and risk management to maximize delivery and safety compliance.
