- The Project Management Office (PMO) announces recruitment for the position of Engagement Manager. At the PMO, there is a team of experienced managers involved in presales and delivery of complex IT projects or services.
- The Engagement Manager plays a leading role in bid management and is a key stakeholder during project delivery.

Your responsibilities
- Lead bid management as Bid Leader, ensuring presales quality and efficiency, and the final bid outcome according to company standards and methodologies.
- Develop relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors; advise clients and project teams on technology, solutions, and implementation approaches during presales and delivery.
- Act as Presales Community Leader, developing standards and enhancing competencies involved in bid management.
- Serve as Delivery Manager during initial project or service delivery phases, if required.
- Supervise and support the delivery process; facilitate project audits with PMO to identify issues and promote teamwork.
- Handle customer issues and collaborate with sales teams to generate new business opportunities.
- Participate in conferences to promote Sii's maturity and potential.
Our requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
- At least 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of enterprise IT solutions.
- Knowledge of public procurement law and experience in public tenders is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs.
- Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
- Ability to motivate teams and handle complex presales and delivery processes.
- Positive attitude, passion, and ability to build good relationships.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Residing in Poland is required.
