Job summary
KALE Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a leading energy storage project in Poland. You will oversee full lifecycle delivery, from design through grid acceptance, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely execution across sites in Warsaw or Łódź.
You will coordinate with HQ teams and local partners, manage documentation and risk, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery for energy storage assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power System, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, Project Management or related fields.
- 3+ years of EPC project management experience in energy storage/PV/wind.
- Experience leading at least one 5MW/10MWh+ utility-scale storage project.
- Fluent English for full project management, reporting and negotiation; Polish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Polish energy storage projects (standalone/PV-storage/wind-storage).
- Supervise site construction, electrical installation, BESS/PCS/EMS commissioning; enforce EU/Polish EHS standards and safety training.
- Maintain localized project documentation; develop Polish-specific SOPs to scale delivery.
- Collaborate with HQ teams to ensure equipment delivery, technical implementation and issue resolution.
