Job summary

Cisco in Kraków is seeking a senior legal advisor for Sales in EMEA. You will support day-to-day operations and commercial engagements, drafting, reviewing and negotiating licenses, cloud and SaaS contracts.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in commercial and corporate law.
Draft and negotiate complex commercial technology contracts independently.
Substantive expertise in data protection and information security for transactions.
Fluency in English and at least one other official EU language; French preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support on operations and commercial engagements.
Interpret contractual provisions and offer risk assessments.
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including license, cloud or SaaS.
Advise on GDPR and cybersecurity aspects of deals.
Coordinate AI tools to speed up reviews and contract analysis.
