Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Finance professional in Kraków to ensure statutory reporting integrity across EMEA, provide technical accounting guidance, and collaborate with regional controllers and external consultants. The role emphasizes governance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

You will handle filing, tax coordination, and accounting treatments for complex transactions within a multinational environment, contributing to robust reporting structures and skill growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in accounting, audit, statutory reporting, or financial reporting within a multinational organization.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting external audits or preparing financial documents and audit schedules.
• Understanding of internal controls, reconciliations, and financial governance principles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and filing of statutory financial statements for EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate information required for tax returns with regional finance departments and tax advisors.
• Assist with IFRS and local GAAP accounting research and analysis under guidance from senior team members.
• Support assessment of accounting treatments for new or unusual transactions, including position papers where required.
• Assist with external audits coordination, including tracking requests and auditor queries.
• Maintain internal control frameworks, corporate policies, and documentation standards across activities.
