Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial organization or Big 4.

Responsibilities

Prepare period-end reports (annual and quarterly) and assist with complex projects.
Consolidate and analyze financial data from CBRE IA&R departments.
Prepare financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, etc.).
Coordinate quarterly VAT and CIT statements with external tax advisors.
Manage quarterly covenant oversight; conduct bank reconciliations and cash forecasting.
Maintain an accurate general ledger and aggregate financial data at portfolio level.
Assist with annual audits and prepare SOC/compliance files and statutory accounts.
Create financial and management reports for clients/investors; provide regulator reports.
