Job summary

Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, seeks a Credit Control Analyst in Warsaw. You will evaluate customer creditworthiness, manage credit limits, and oversee automated credit reviews across regions.

The role blends financial control with collaboration across Sales, IT, and external vendors to maintain strong credit risk management. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in credit/risk within SSC or similar corporate settings, proficiency with credit scoring tools, and a Finance/Accounting degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SSC or similar corporate role focused on credit risk.
• Experience with Credit Integration Solutions or C2C Technology Credit Module.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial statement analysis.
• SOX-regulated environment experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new customers' creditworthiness using the Credit Integration Solution and C2C Technology tools.
• Set up and manage credit limits; oversee automated review processes and manual approvals.
• Process online credit applications regionally and manage release of orders per rules.
• Monitor and improve credit release criteria and automation rules.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Sales on credit requirements and reporting.
