KONGSBERG NanoAvionics is seeking an EMC and Electronics Engineer to drive EMC-robust designs for subsystems powering small satellite platforms. You will debug and validate EMC performance across board, subsystem, and satellite levels while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires experience in a requirements-driven environment, EMC problem-solving, and hands-on EMC testing.

Formación

• Experience in a requirements-driven development environment.
• Experience identifying and solving product or system-level EMC problems.
• Understand EMC-aware design techniques to prevent EMC problems.
• Hands-on experience with EMC measurement and test equipment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Relocation is required for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Electronics Engineering team in developing EMC-robust designs.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and validate EMC performance at board, subsystem, and satellite level.
• Collaborate with systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and project teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including design, verification, and qualification docs.
• Plan and support subsystem and satellite-level EMC test campaigns.
• Act as the company’s primary technical reference for EMC/EMI topics.

Our Electronics Engineering team is looking for a new colleague to play a pivotal role in the success of our commercial space projects. You will contribute directly to the design and development of advanced subsystems that will power small satellite platforms, making a tangible impact in the rapidly evolving New Space industry.

As an EMC And Electronics Engineer, you will:

• Support the Electronics Engineering team in developing EMC-robust electronic designs
• Debug, troubleshoot, and validate EMC performance at board, subsystem, and satellite level
• Collaborate with systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and project teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including design, verification, and qualification documentation
• Plan and support subsystem and satellite-level EMC test campaigns
• Act as the company’s primary technical reference for EMC/EMI topics

We expect you to have:

• Have experience working in a requirements-driven development environment
• Have experience identifying and solving product or system-level EMC problems
• Understand EMC-aware design techniques and methods for preventing EMC problems
• Have hands‑on experience with EMC measurement and test equipment
• Have good English communication skills
• Please note that relocation is required for this position

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ECSS, MIL, NASA, or equivalent EMC standards and handbooks
• Experience with RF, EMC, signal integrity (SI), or power integrity (PI) modelling and simulationUnderstanding of system-level EMC architecture and implementation
• Experience developing electronics for space, automotive, defence, or other high-reliability applications
• Salary starts from 11000 to 23000 PLN gross/per month
