Job summary

Algoteque is expanding its engineering network and seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop reliable, high-performance software for connected devices in automotive and mobility sectors. You will work on microcontroller-based and embedded Linux environments, tackling hardware-software integration and real-time challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in C and/or C++ for embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, or Embedded Linux.
• Practical knowledge of embedded software development, debugging, and hardware-software integration.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
• Understanding of embedded systems architecture and real-time software concepts.
• Experience with debugging and testing embedded software on target hardware.
• Ability to read and understand hardware documentation, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong asset: knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and automotive software development standards.
• English: communicative level, sufficient for working in an international engineering environment.
