Job summary

Jit Team in Kraków is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to develop firmware for next‑generation devices. You will work on architecture, design, and optimization across international teams, contributing to reliable firmware and performance improvements.

The role requires at least 5 years of embedded experience, strong C/C++ skills, and hands-on Zephyr RTOS expertise. You will join an environment with hybrid work, collaborating across global engineering teams and mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in embedded software development.
• Strong programming skills in C and C++.
• Practical knowledge of RTOS, including real-time system concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr RTOS.
• Experience with the Twister testing framework.
• Familiarity with ARM Cortex-M and/or RISC-V architectures.
• Good understanding of hardware/software interactions and embedded system limitations.
• Experience in debugging, testing and optimizing embedded applications.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Availability to work from the Kraków office at least 3 days per week
