Job summary

Sii Poland in Kraków is seeking a seasoned test and validation engineer to strengthen the Embedded Competence Center. You will design and implement automation frameworks and networking test scenarios for Ethernet switch software, validating hardware and software solutions.

You will join over 500 specialists nationwide and work on about 100 projects for clients in automotive, IoT, telecoms, and medical industries, applying Python-based testing and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial test automation experience.
Strong Python-based testing skills.
Experience with networking automation and Linux environments.
Hands-on testing of physical and virtual L2/L3 switches/routers.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated test suites for switch software.
Develop Python-based testing frameworks for functional and performance testing.
Perform regression, stress, and system-level testing on hardware.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers.
