Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Poland is seeking an Embedded Firmware Developer (C++ / RTOS) to build reliable industrial software. You will work across hardware and software, optimize RTOS applications, and contribute to system design.

Fluency in English and Polish is required. Hybrid or on-site work, private healthcare, life insurance, Multisport, and ongoing professional development await the successful candidate. Experience with CANopen/IO-Link/HART and safety standards is a plus.

Embedded Firmware Developer (C++ / RTOS)

Join an engineering team developing advanced industrial products where performance, reliability, and functional safety are key. Work across software and hardware, influence technical solutions, and solve real-world embedded challenges.

What you’ll do

• Develop and optimize embedded software in C++
• Build and maintain RTOS-based applications
• Contribute to software architecture and system design
• Work with industrial communication protocols such as CANopen, IO-Link, and HART
• Improve code quality through testing, debugging, static analysis, and CI/CD
• Collaborate with hardware, testing, and systems engineering teams

What you bring

• Professional experience in embedded firmware development using C++
• Hands-on experience with RTOS
• Strong understanding of software architecture and clean code principles
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
• Experience with testing, debugging, code reviews, and CI/CD
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have: Knowledge of functional safety standards such as IEC 61508 and IEC 13849, or experience with safety-critical systems.
