Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking an Oracle Eloqua Consultant to support campaign operations, QA governance and lifecycle journey enablement across multiple markets.

You will build campaigns in Eloqua, run QA checks, ensure GDPR compliance, and help roll out centralized campaigns with local validation.

The role requires hands-on Eloqua experience, knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and SQL-style segmentation, with a hybrid, office-based schedule in Poland.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Eloqua practitioner with campaign delivery experience.
• Experience with multi-market campaign operations and QA governance.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, consent, and data-retention controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver Eloqua campaigns, canvases, segmentation, assets, forms and landing pages.
• Run QA and approval checks for segmentation logic, routing, exclusions, links, tracking and deliverability.
• Ensure GDPR/consent preferences and data-usage rules are applied consistently.
• Support central campaign rollouts with QA, localisation checks and market-level validation.
• Design lifecycle journeys across acquisition, nurture, conversion, ownership, aftersales and retention.
• Handle platform administration, reporting, data imports/exports, and operational support requests.
