Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a skilled Electronics Engineer to join the Cracow team in a hybrid role, developing, running, and documenting advanced circuit simulations to support product development and design validation.

You will mentor colleagues, help improve simulation methodologies, and collaborate with Hardware Design, Validation, System Engineering, and Product Development to drive simulation-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic engineering.
• Proficient with LTspice for circuit simulation and analysis.
• Poland residency required and intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced simulations and analyses of analog and digital circuits.
• Develop and validate simulation models for complex components and systems.
• Create scripts and automation tools to enhance modeling and data analysis.
• Improve simulation methodologies, standards, and tooling resources.
• Support design verification, troubleshooting, and risk assessment via simulations.
• Act as technical expert for modeling across projects.
• Mentor engineers and transfer knowledge in simulation disciplines.
• Deliver training on simulation tools and techniques.
• Participate in design reviews and provide simulation-based recommendations.
• Investigate and resolve complex challenges using advanced simulation methods.
• Collaborate with Hardware Design, Validation, System Engineering and Product Development.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team in the engineering domain. In this role, you will focus on the development, execution, and documentation of advanced electronic circuit simulations and analyses, supporting product development with accurate modeling and simulation-driven design validation. You will also provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to engineering teams, ensuring continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and tools. Your tasks

• Performing and documenting advanced simulations and analyses of analog and digital electronic circuits
• Developing, validating, and maintaining simulation models for complex electronic components and systems
• Creating and optimizing scripts and automation tools to enhance modeling, simulation, and data analysis activities
• Owning and continuously improving simulation methodologies, standards, documentation, and tool-related resources
• Supporting engineering programs through simulation-driven design verification, troubleshooting, and risk assessment
• Acting as a technical expert for modeling and simulation activities across multiple projects
• Mentoring engineers and facilitating knowledge transfer within simulation and analysis disciplines
• Delivering technical training related to simulation tools, modeling techniques, and best practices
• Participating actively in design reviews and providing simulation-based recommendations for product development
• Investigating and resolving complex technical challenges using advanced simulation techniques
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Hardware Design, Validation, System Engineering, and Product Development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic engineering or a related field
• Deep expertise in LTspice for circuit simulation and analysis
• Strong command of Hyperlynx for signal integrity and PCB analysis
• Hands-on mastery of Mentor Xpedition AMS for advanced modeling and simulation
• Intermediate level of English
• Residing in Poland required
