• Willingness to travel up to ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Question and examine all requests to determine relevance throughout the project.
• Determine necessary steps so Sales can offer them to customers.
• Plan with precision; provide regular, concise progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with worldwide laboratories for required tests.
• Each engineer is responsible for their deadlines; structure and order matter.
• Travel to customers or external labs for on-site tests when needed.
• Ensure documentation is complete, up-to-date and accurate for audits.
• Support management during audits, identify improvements, and mentor new colleagues.
• Network to provide the best possible service to customers worldwide.
