Job summary

Look4IT is helping a Kraków-area manufacturer recruit an Electrical Engineer / Test Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain electrical systems and test equipment for wind energy applications, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability while meeting technical and customer requirements.

This hands-on role sits at the interface of hardware design and validation, building test infrastructure for electrical cabinets, verifying prototypes, and collaborating with the NPI team to influence

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or power engineering.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in a comparable engineering or test engineering role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Design test systems for electrical cabinets and supervise stand construction.
• Test prototypes, validate design assumptions, and create test sequences.
• Maintain test infrastructure and supervise electrical equipment on the shop floor.
• Analyze test results, support warranty resolution, and liaise with the operations team.
• Collaborate with NPI engineering during early product design stages.
• Maintain direct technical contact with customers.
