Job summary

Çalık Enerji is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Chief for a project in Kozienice, Poland. The role requires leading QA/QC activities across the project lifecycle, reviewing MS/ITP documents, and coordinating with engineering, construction, and client teams.

On-site collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers is essential. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in Electrical QA/QC within power or EPC fields, and proven leadership in CCPP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Electrical QA/QC within power generation, industrial, or large EPC projects.
• Mandatory experience in Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) projects.
• Senior or lead Electrical QA/QC with team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of transformers, switchgear, HV/MV/LV systems, cable installations, grounding systems, testing & commissioning.

We are looking for a "Electrical QA/QC Chief" for our project in Kozienice Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Electrical QA/QC within power generation, industrial, or large-scale EPC projects.
• Mandatory experience in Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) projects.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead Electrical QA/QC position with team management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of transformers, switchgear, HV/MV/LV systems, cable installations, grounding systems, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Hands-on experience with MS, ITP, RFI processes, FAT activities, turnover dossiers, punch management, and quality documentation.
• Solid understanding of international electrical and quality standards, including IEC and EN standards.
• Strong coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality/document management systems.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience working with Clients, OEMs, suppliers, and subcontractors in international EPC environments is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate all Electrical QA/QC activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise electrical inspections and ensure compliance with project quality plans, procedures, specifications, and applicable international standards.
• Review and coordinate Method Statements (MS), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, and inspection records.
• Manage inspection requests and coordinate quality activities with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, subcontractors, suppliers, and Client representatives.
• Oversee quality inspections and testing activities for transformers, HV/MV/LV systems, switchgear, cable installations, grounding systems, lighting systems, and other electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, IEC/EN standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• Monitor material receiving inspections and verify certificates, technical documentation, storage, and preservation requirements.
• Follow up Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), testing activities, punch items, and quality documentation.
• Manage non-conformities (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate punch list management, turnover documentation, and handover activities with Construction and Commissioning teams.
• Participate in audits, quality meetings, site walkdowns, and system/subsystem handover inspections.
• Prepare periodic quality reports, monitor key quality indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
