Job description

Responsibilities

• installation of heating elements in accordance with the technical documentation,
• assembling and connecting components (including cables, housings, seals),
• performing simple manual activities during the assembly process,
• verification of electrical and mechanical connections and basic quality control,
• connecting components to test stands and performing basic measurements,
• operation of tools and devices used in the production process,
• ensuring the proper technical condition and efficiency of the equipment used,
• reporting quality and technical problems and non‑compliance.

Requirements

• Availability to work in the double‑shift system (6:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00)
• Manual dexterity and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
• Commitment and willingness to engage in permanent cooperation
• Knowledge of Polish in speech and writing
