Rockwell Automation is seeking an Intern Electrical Hardware Engineer to join a global cross-functional team in Katowice, Poland. You will support next-generation servo motion control product development, focusing on embedded systems, power electronics, and PCB design, while reporting to the Hardware Manager POWER & MOTION.

The role requires active student status, a BSc in Electrical Engineering or final-year EE student, and a commitment to 20 hours per week onsite.

Qualifications

• Active student status.
• Onsite internship in Katowice, 20 hours/week.
• Basic knowledge of microprocessor-based embedded design and power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical hardware product development: requirements, design, verification, release to production.
• Assist hardware design for embedded systems, power electronics, and PCB design.
• Collaborate with mechanical, embedded software, power electronics engineers, and project managers.
• Participate in product verification and testing under guidance of experienced hardware engineers.
• Contribute to documentation and engineering deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
