Job summary

Equinor is seeking an Electrical Engineering professional for offshore wind asset integrity and lifecycle support in Poland. You will monitor, investigate, and enhance the reliability of MV/HV electrical systems across wind farm assets and coordinate with OEMs and contractors.

What does the job involve?

Being responsible for maintaining the technical integrity, reliability, and lifecycle performance of electrical systems associated with offshore wind farm assets.

This includes monitoring asset condition and performance, supporting fault investigations, identifying reliability improvements, managing technical risks, and providing specialist engineering support throughout the lifecycle of electrical equipment and infrastructure.

You will also support maintenance optimisation, engineering modifications, and long-term asset management activities.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

• Provide technical integrity support for electrical systems across the wind farm.
