Job summary

Sii Poland in Poznań is seeking an experienced Power Engineer Designer to join our team. You will design GIS/AIS switchgear and medium/high voltage power stations while preparing technical documentation.

You will develop schematics in the RUPLAN environment, coordinate projects from offer to delivery, and ensure documentation complies with applicable standards and client requirements. Strong knowledge of power engineering, HV systems, and proficiency in English or German for technical work are

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Power Engineer Designer to join the team working on projects related to the design of power stations and GIS/AIS switchgear for clients in the energy sector. The person in this position will be responsible for preparing technical documentation, designing medium and high voltage installations, and coordinating project activities. Practical knowledge of the RUPLAN tool is a key element of the role.

Your tasks

• Design of GIS/AIS switchgear and medium and high voltage power stations
• Development of schematics, executive and technical documentation in the RUPLAN environment
• Coordination and implementation of power engineering projects from the offer stage to delivery of complete documentation
• Preparation and updating of project documentation in accordance with applicable standards and client requirements
• Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders at all stages of implementation

Requirements

• Higher technical education in a relevant field (electrical engineering, power engineering, or related) or equivalent professional experience
• Practical knowledge of RUPLAN software and/or Engineering Base
• Strong knowledge of power engineering documentation and electrical schematics
• Good command of English or German enabling work with technical documentation and client cooperation

Nice to have

• Experience in designing switchgear, power stations, or medium and high voltage systems
