Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an Electrical Designer to join our Global Engineering Services Center in a hybrid role across Lodz and Cracow. You will design transformer components and prepare technical documentation per customer specifications, while managing project execution and collaborating with an international team.

The role requires an engineering degree, CAD experience, and strong English, with a proactive, deadline-driven mindset and good teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering (electrical disciplines preferred)
• 2 years of experience in designing (CAD tools)
• Good command of English (daily work in an international environment)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
