Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a skilled Electrical/Electronic Systems Engineer in Kraków to independently develop and integrate E/E components for commercial vehicles, including HV technology. You will be technically responsible for E/E scopes and sub-projects, creating and approving circuit diagrams and documentation.

The role requires strong knowledge of wiring architectures, bus systems (CAN/LIN), testing and validation, and experience with development processes. Hybrid work setup offered in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the development of electrical/electronic systems, HV technology, ideally in the automotive or commercial vehicle environment.
• Sound knowledge of the creation of circuit diagrams and the use of E/E development tools.
• Very good understanding of wiring system architectures, control units and bus systems (e.g. CAN, LIN).
• Experience in securing E/E systems (testing, validation, debugging).
• Knowledge of development processes (e.g. product development process – PEP).

Responsibilities

• Independent development, design and integration of electrical and electronic systems and components in the commercial vehicle environment including HVTechnology.
• Technical responsibility for E/E scopes, assemblies or sub-projects within development projects.
• Creation, testing and approval of circuit diagrams, circuit diagrams and technical Specifications and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadline requirements in the development process.
• Planning, execution and evaluation of tests, validations and systematic Troubleshooting E/E systems.
• Analysis and evaluation of electrical/electronic architectures as well as their further development.
• Control and implementation of change processes as well as evaluation of technical deviations.
• Coordination with interdisciplinary interfaces (e.g. mechanics, software, testing, production, quality, purchasing).
