Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for the Łódź Campus to design the electrical part of power transformers. You will handle concept development, technical documentation, and production support while collaborating with international project teams.

The role requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD and Creo, and strong English and Polish communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo or similar tool.
• Communicative level of English and Polish.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical aspects of power transformers from concept to documentation.
• Develop core, winding, insulation and cooling design concepts.
• Prepare material specs and BOMs for production.
• Create and maintain technical and design documentation.
• Provide manufacturing support and technical supervision.
• Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements and conduct design reviews.
• Work with international project teams to ensure alignment.
