Job summary

The role requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD and Creo, and strong English and Polish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical aspects of power transformers from concept to documentation.

• Create and maintain technical and design documentation.
• Provide manufacturing support and technical supervision.
• Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements and conduct design reviews.
• Work with international project teams to ensure alignment.

Power transformers are essential components of modern energy infrastructure. They regulate voltage levels and enable the efficient transmission of electricity from generation sources to end users.

Position: Electrical Design Engineer – Power Transformers (f/m/d)

Location: Łódź

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing the electrical part of power transformers—from concept development and technical documentation to production support.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Design and develop electrical solutions for power transformers, including:
  • core calculations
  • winding design
  • insulation system and cooling system design
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements and participate in design reviews.
• Prepare material specifications and bills of materials for production.
• Develop and maintain technical and design documentation.
• Provide technical support and supervision during the manufacturing process.
• Work closely with international project teams.
